Unicorn Properties Group sends text messages to property owners who have given us their mobile number. Messages come from 718-844-1118.
When you give us your mobile number — on a form on this site, in writing, or by telling one of us directly — you agree that we may text you about your property, the request you made, and any transaction in progress. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of selling your property to us, and we will buy on the same terms whether or not you accept texts.
Message frequency varies. A typical conversation is a handful of messages while we work out a visit and an offer. We do not run recurring marketing campaigns.
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.
Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop. You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 718-844-1118.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing. The only parties who see your number are the service providers who deliver our messages, and they may use it only to deliver them.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To come off our calling and texting lists entirely, reply STOP to any message, call 718-844-1118, or write to us at the address below. We keep an internal do-not-contact list and honor requests within 10 business days. We also honor the National Do Not Call Registry.
